Privacy policy

FlowPatrol collects the email you type into a free scan or account form, the URLs you ask us to visit, flow descriptions, check results, and screenshots of those public pages. We use that information to run the product, send alerts you requested, and contact you about the service.

Account passwords are stored as a salted hash. Session cookies are httpOnly. PayPal processes subscription payments; we store the subscription id and plan, not your card or PayPal password.

If ActiveCampaign is configured, your email and tags (flowpatrol, free-scan or account, and the plan name after an upgrade) are added to the “FlowPatrol Signups” list. If Resend is configured, alert email is sent through Resend. If neither is configured, we keep the record in FlowPatrol and do not send it onward.

We do not sell personal information. We keep scan and check data for as long as the account exists and delete it when you delete a monitor or ask us to close the account.
