Refund policy

FlowPatrol subscriptions are billed in advance each month by PayPal. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current month is not refunded, except where the law where you live requires a refund.

If you were charged in error, or a plan never activated after PayPal marked the subscription active, email support@flowpatrol.app within 14 days and we will refund that charge or fix the plan.

The free scan is free. It is a one-time look at a public URL and is not a subscription.
